May 12 Property Showing

We’re excited to “lift the hood” on our property showings process and open it up to the public! While contractors and developers regularly attend these showings, this month we’re also welcoming community members who want to learn more about Land Bank properties and how the process works.

PLEASE EMAIL THE LAND BANK TO ATTEND

We will stop at each location listed below. Please be aware that you must complete the attached Land Bank property entry waiver forms and bring them with you to each property. The forms should include the names of all individuals joining you, and everyone must have a valid state or federal ID. Land Bank structures are severely distressed, and certain attire is recommended. Proper attire includes closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, face mask if sensitive to smells, or have allergies to mold, and/or animal dander.
