August 6 Property Showing

We’re excited to “lift the hood” on our property showings process and open it up to the public! While contractors and developers regularly attend these showings, this month we’re also welcoming community members who want to learn more about Land Bank properties and how the process works.

We will stop at each location listed below; you can attend as many as you would like. Please be aware that you must complete the Land Bank property entry waiver forms. The forms should include the names of all individuals joining you, and everyone must have a valid state or federal ID. Land Bank structures are severely distressed, and certain attire is recommended. Proper attire includes closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and a face mask if sensitive to smells or have allergies to mold or animal dander.

1. 9-10AM: 2714 Cypress ($17,633.33 asking);
2. 10-11AM: 3307 Bales ($21,160 asking);
3. 11-12PM: 4030 Agnes ($20,273.33 asking);
4. 1-2PM: 4108 E 35th Street ($14,986.67 asking);
5. 2-3PM: 4334 Askew ($9,693.33 asking);
6. 3-4PM: 2908 E 50th Street ($20,273.33 asking); and,
7. 4-4:30PM: 3853 E 59th Street ($20,273.33 asking).
