Kansas City invites community members to attend a second public engagement event for the 3rd District Mobility Plan. This in-person, open house style meeting will be held Wednesday, February 26 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Lucile H. Bluford Library (3050 Prospect Avenue). We want to hear from you about the draft plan, which is attached below. We also want to hear from you about the following:
- How can we improve mobility in the 3rd District?
- What kind of infrastructure improvements are necessary to improve mobility?
- Where should these improvements go?
- Any other feedback related to ways to get around in Kansas City's 3rd District
