City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed zoning code amendments on large format uses (LFU) and off-street parking. The hearings are hybrid; both in person at City Hall, 414 East 12th Street, in the 10th floor Council Committee Room, and virtually via Zoom.
The meeting docket with more details will be available online closer to the event.
Whether you are an individual, a neighborhood organization, or a member of an applicant team, you may participate virtually. You will have the same opportunities as you would if you were to participate in person, including the ability to offer a presentation, submit information for the Commission’s consideration, offer verbal testimony, and be seen (subject to your device’s abilities).
