Connect 152 Trail to itself near Highway 169 and Barry Road

Connecting Highway 152 Trail across Highway 169 to itself (represented in the Pink Line). I think there are two solutions to this (both of which I would advocate exist). Highway 169 completely breaks access for pedestrians to cross it. Barry Road has nothing. There is literally no walking area for someone to exist and get across, even on a bicycle it is scary. This area has two distinct shopping areas that are fundamentally separated even though they are literally next to each other.

1. Green Line - Add a path under Highway 169 for the path just as done at other locations on the trail (one is just west of this point).
2. Light Blue Line - Add a path down to Barry road and modify the road lines to allow cyclists and walkers to cross the bridge.
