The current trail along 85 to 75 has a lack of access from residents to the trail. Increasing sidewalk coverage will increase pedestrian access to the trailway.

You are right. Many of the east/west streets do not have sidewalks in the south trolley trail area. From personal experience, it is scary during rush hour walking from the Trolley Trail back to Oak St with a 5 year old.
