Integration with the Streetcar stops is so important yes! Encouraging transit/bike trips, (going from streetcar to BikeShare KC hubs that have dedicated bike lanes adjacent) I think is such a huge opportunity to increase mode shift in the region and encourage reduced travel costs over all. I think the Mid America Regional Council activity centers of downtown, Westport, and the Plaza should be prioritized, as they have the most demand potential. The current lack of these facilities makes it harder to make the decision to move downtown/along the streetcar and truly live either car free or as a one car household, as our region struggles deeply with transportation costs. This system also builds a more flexible car free mobility system if the streetcar is delayed/full.

East West riding is treacherous in midtown. Emanuel cleaver just.. ends. 31st is also dicey once you’re past Main. 38th requires dashing across Main, Broadway, and SW trafficway without a stop light. I agree with the proposed routes, but 43rd would be difficult to access from the existing bike lane on Gilham. You’d have to cross somehow

100%, this would be such a huge step for making the city more accessible by bike. Heading east from West Plaza, there are so many dangerous roads you're forced to either ride on or cross (e.g. Southwest Blvd, Westport/43rd, the Westport Triangle from Hell, 39th, and 47th). Please prioritize one of these routes - it will make such a difference to connect to Gillham and the streetcar!

Yes! Please consider adding protected bike lanes on the western stretch of independence ave. From around prospect west to paseo or to Columbus park!

The area by UMKC could definitely use some more bike lanes.

Yes, please! This is one of my biggest complaints about cycling in the city. It is really easy to go North/South, but nearly impossible to feel safe going East/West.
