Great ideas! We should make composting mandatory at grocery stores and food establishments. Incentives for residents to compost at home - perhaps a Kc tax refund for those who compost and recycle weekly? Preapproved plans available for use if folks or businesses want to add a composting bin setup on their property. Some type of partnership between composting and community gardens.
