Since many young people are using electric scooters and electric bikes, I think it would be nice to legally drive an electric golf cart within my neighborhood streets (35 mph or less) to go to grocery store, pharmacy, and bank. It would cut down on greenhouse emissions. Golf carts still have to obide by traffic rules but would be nice to have this option.
