Map the entire city, not just where there are fountains and boulevards.

High persistent poverty areas or lower income areas have a distinct disinvestment look and feel. As a transplant, I have seen parts of KCMO that do not have sidewalks, streetlights and are pothole ridden. When was the last time public or elected officials saw all of the neighborhoods in KCMO. Its hard to stomach that the "City of Fountains" means you can see where the dollars and attention goes.
