Some great ideas

I think the residential neighborhood organics collection pilots are a great idea. Adding schools as well as supporting current organizations already doing this work makes a lot of sense. Education will be an important part of all of the ideas, and incorporating youth in these initiatives sets them up to incorporate these ideas in their lives going forward.
